the toilet was very stinky. there was no kettle in the room, no towel, no tissue roll. the handwash and shower gel bottle was so bad that you wouldn't even touch it. we had to checkout early by 8am so we didn't even get breakfast. we told the reception that they should have mentioned on their website that their cook comes after 8am so we won't get any in the morning atleast we wouldn't have paid for the breakfast. this place is not recommended at all. horrible place.

They cheated on us.Our flight was late so requested 2 hrs extra stay. They have taken full charge one room plus extra one person charge . The person was also rude . Rooms were ok. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

they call again n again just for 1000 rs pending payment... i booked 2 room and they want payment in cash so i said I'll give after i came down and go to atm but during jyst 2 hour they call in my room thrice asking for payment which i said ki I'll pay once i came down and cash out from ATM.. i offer them online but they charge taxes for the same. and pay 168 extra for online payment overall stay is good but staff and manager has not patience to wait for 2-3 hour for remain 1000 rs payment..even i paid them already each amount its hust matter of 1000 rs but they don't trust us for that

Stay was excellent and staff was really good and its one of the best-est property in rajkot to stay and i think everyone will try this property. Food was tasty and thanks chef. Niteshji gupta manager is really recommendable for his increment because his polite nature and best service where such employee deserve increment.
